Monetary Trust
“Monetary Trust” refers to a type of arrangement, in which a Client entrust a sum of cash as trust asset to an agency (agent) upon the time when the Trust takes effect. And, the so-called “Designated Monetary Trust” refers to the agreement; in which, a Client reserves the right to determine how his/her funds will be used. It is commonly agreed that the Client or an appointed third party to instruct the trust agency the extent to which funds should be utilized. The entrusted agency manages the trusted assets according to the instructions.
