Investment Criteria：
The IBT investment team uses the following criteria and guideline to identify and evaluate potential investment targets:
- Is it a technology platform or critical technology field?
- Is it in a fast-growing and revolutionary industry?
--Does it have large market and growth potential?
--Does it have profitable and sustainable business model?
--Does it have high entry barrier?
- Does it have professional management team with track record?
- Does it have complementary strategic partners/investors?
- Does it have reasonable valuation and exit strategy?
Investment Decision Making:
Our investment evaluation process, starting from deal sourcing to feasibility study, typically lasts for at least one month and half to two months. Upon completion of the screening process, the case will be sent to the Investment Evaluation Committee or the Board of Trustees for final approval.
